To help facilitate faster shipping times, orders begin processing within 24 hours after purchase and can only be cancelled during this time frame.
Although all sales are final, we understand that sometimes things happen during the manufacturing process or while the item is in transit to you. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is processed, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days determined by your bank.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, but we will usually need you to ship the returned item back to us (USA). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred when returning your item, which is non-refundable.
Shipping costs of the original purchase are also non-refundable.
